Jess Douglas is Managing Director People and Operations at The Wholesale Group, established to champion independent wholesalers and support their sustainable growth. This will be her fourth MAG bike ride (Cambodia 2019/ Thai-Laos 2022/Vietnam 2024 and now Sri Lanka 2027) and she is excited to be joined by three excellent colleagues – Kirsty Winkel, Kish Ramasamy and Mark Aylwin to help raise more funds for this amazing charity.
