Jess Douglas is Chief Operating Officer of Confex Buying Group. Jess runs Confex with her brother Tom Gittins (who cycled as part of Bike Bosnia in 2022) and has been in the business for nearly 10 years. This will be her third MAG bike ride (Cambodia 2019/ Thai-Laos 2022 and now Vietnam 2024) and she is excited to bring 2 colleagues – Kirsty Winkel and Matt Norman – with her to help raise more funds for this amazing charity.
